How our investment process works
We aim to invest capital in teams building mission-aligned, scalable companies from pre-seed to Series B. Our due diligence process generally takes three to six weeks.
During this time, we evaluate the company’s current traction, growth trajectory, impact potential, and strategic relevance. Companies must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
We do not lead rounds, and our check amounts typically range from $250,000 to $2 million with potential for follow-on investment in later rounds.

Our team evaluates promising companies to help Strada clear the path between education and opportunity, especially for those with the most standing in their way.
