Terry Holloway has more than two decades of experience in talent management and human resources. As Strada’s senior vice president and chief human resources officer, he directs the organization’s talent strategy, including talent acquisition, key role succession management, associate and leadership development, compensation, benefits, and real estate and workplace services.
Previously, Holloway was the founder and chief executive officer of Cornerstone Talent Management and served as vice president in talent management and human resources for Anthem Inc. (now Elevance). Holloway also was vice president of human resources for Sallie Mae and held human resources roles for Ford Motor Co.
Holloway enjoys volunteering with his colleagues and family for organizations such as FHL International, Wheeler Mission Ministries, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Midwest Food Bank, Edge Mentoring, Next Gen HR Talent, and Hamilton Southeastern Youth Sports Programs.
Holloway holds an undergraduate degree from Evangel University and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
